Data collected

Email address (account creation, sign-in), your purchase and analysis report history, preferences (language, theme). Returns you submit for analysis are sent to our analysis engine but raw returns are never stored long-term — only the verdict (score, aggregated metrics) is kept.

Cookies

A signed, encrypted session cookie keeps you signed in. It contains no plaintext personal data, only a reference to your session.

Advertising cookies and third-party vendors

If third-party advertising vendors (including Google, via its DART cookie) are enabled on this site, they may set cookies to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized Google advertising by visiting Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com), or manage ad preferences across multiple vendors at www.aboutads.info.

Sharing with third parties

Your data is never sold. Technical subprocessors (hosting, payment via Stripe, email delivery, AI provider if you use the AI tools) process some data on TrueVerdikt's behalf, limited to what's needed for the service.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. Deleting an account removes all associated reports, including any published publicly.

Security

Passwords are never used for accounts created via magic link or Google. Session tokens are cryptographically signed and expire automatically.
